SAS Australia’s Dan Ewing shares amazing body transformation after being on the show

After starring in the military-style series SAS Australia, Dan Ewing has flaunted his shredded figure.

The 36-year-old actor said he has reduced 6 pounds in an Instagram post that included a selfie of his shredded torso.

‘Day 1: 90kg (apologies to @erinvholland). He captioned the shot, ‘Day 13: 84 kg,’ before adding the hashtag,

The fact that Ewing tagged Erin after the 90kg figure relates to how hefty he was when the model was forced to carry him around an assault course on SAS Australia.

Erin was unable to do so and left the show as a result.

‘For f**ks sake, you could’ve done me a solid and been 84 for when I tried to carry your ***,’ she joked in response to Dan’s tag.

Dan’s tweet drew the attention of other SAS Australia contestants.

Jessica Peris, a former Olympian and fellow SAS participant, observed, “Could grate cheese on those things.”

‘I’m still a thicc guy, and I guess I’m still over the weight class for @erinholland, who is still a third your size,’ Emma Husar, a lawmaker, said.

Actress Kat Risteska, Dan’s partner, commented with a hot face emoji.

On the most recent season of SAS Australia, the Home and Away star did quite well, making it to the last five.

During a heated grilling, the directorial staff tore him to shreds, and he was controversially ousted in the series’ last episode.

The actor was fired from the show after lying to the instructors during the interrogation, but Ewing later alleged that the final recruits were ordered beforehand to manufacture their statements.

Dan’s statements were backed up by fellow participant Jana Pittman, who was eliminated in the same episode.

All of the recruits were told to make up stories for the instructors, but only Dan was punished for it, according to the former Olympian.

A production insider backed up the two candidates’ claims, saying that the incident was staged by the producers to block Dan from making it to the finale since he was a threat to the show’s intended winner, Sam Burgess.
