Tane Parata (Ethan Browne) has regained consciousness in the hospital, and his elder brother, Ari (Rob Kipa-Williams), wonders if Tane recalls anything about the night of the attack.
Mia Anderson (Anna Samson), Ari’s girlfriend, is irritated because he is forcing Tane to answer questions regarding the tragic occurrence.
Tane isn’t persuaded that his ex-girlfriend, Felicity Newman (Jacqui Purvis), was the mastermind behind the attack, as everyone appears to assume.
Tane gets nightmares about that fatal night while sleeping.

Even though Ryder Jackson (Lukas Radovich) and Chloe Anderson (Sam Barrett) are no longer together, they still have a catering business to operate.
However, their food company is in trouble since they lately took their gaze away from the prize.
A few loyal clients have remained, but not enough to reward Ryder and Chloe with a large sum of money.
