According to rumours that she’s’shacked up’ with Instant Hotel actor and personal trainer Jay Bruno, Sam Frost, 32, looks to have finally found someone to keep her company.
According to Emerald City, Jay, who is from Melbourne, just moved into the townhouse of the Home And Away actress in Sydney’s inner west.
According to the article, Sam has claimed that the two are “just friends,” but acquaintances believe that “their connection has taken a romantic turn under lockdown.”

Sam, who just ended her relationship with Dave Bashford, made a rare appearance on Jay’s Instagram Story on Saturday night, when he videotaped her doing an interpretive dance in front of the TV while watching sports.
He captioned the amusing video, ‘Totally oblivious of the camera,’ and added, ‘2021 Sportsperson losing by 4 points.’
Sam announced she was single in July on Nova’s Fitzy And Wippa, when she joked about seeking for an attractive male celebrity to join her’singles bubble during lockdown.’
Jay, on the other hand, looks to be single following his divorce with international model Leah Johnsen in late 2019.
Jay and Leah rose to prominence in 2019 after appearing as a pair on Season 2 of Channel Seven’s Instant Hotel, in which they converted a run-down property into a gorgeous vacation rental.
He has previously worked at Bachelor star Sam Wood’s Melbourne gym The Woodshed, so he is no stranger to the reality star social scene.
Jay co-hosted the Jay, Foz & Alex radio show with Bachelor reject Alex Nation, who is also a part-time musician.
