Here are all of the Neighbours spoilers for November 22nd to November 26th, 2021.
Jane is in peril
After Nicolette discovered the spy cam placed in the teddy, the Tanaka-Brennans’ environment is still poisonous, and no one is in the mood for baby Isla’s naming day barbeque. The celebrations are cancelled, but Jane is desperate to make peace with her daughter and the fathers, and she discreetly continues to prepare a surprise party.
It backfires, but not in the way you might expect – an accident occurs during the hidden preparations, knocking Jane out. Nic, David Tanaka (Takaya Honda), and Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) blame themselves and vow to stop the sniping when Leo Tanaka (Tim Kano) finds her out cold in the garden. She is rushed to hospital and Nic, David Tanaka (Takaya Honda), and Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) blame themselves and vow to stop the sniping. But how long will it last?
Terese discovers Glen’s big secret
Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) is thrilled that he and his estranged brother Glen are getting along so well, but he is unaware that when his elder sibling Mr Donnelly is not there, he ditches the act — he has clearly not forgiven and forgotten the past. Terese is taken aback by Glen’s contradictory animosity, yet she’s not shocked someone despises Paul even more than she does.
Aggressive Glen advises his frazzled sister-in-law to cut the Robinson thug out of her life, but Terese has a sneaking suspicion he’s concealing something. When she runs into him at her AA meeting, he admits that he, too, is a recovering alcoholic, and additional details about his 30 years away from Erinsborough emerge. Terese is supportive, but she is concerned when Glen accepts a position at Leo’s winery — is this appropriate given his struggles with the bottle?
Kyle is proposed to by Georgia
Kyle and Georgia were Ramsay Street’s glitzy, carefree young couple, until testicular cancer shattered their happy-go-lucky bubble. Georgia tries to assuage her husband’s fears that their physical connection would suffer as a result of his operation by proposing on the spur of the moment!
Kyle says yes, stunned but ecstatic (as the Aussies say), despite the arrival of grandma Sheila, who pours cold water on the romantic moment. To be honest, Sheila is worried that it’s a knee-jerk response to Kyle’s sickness, but the pair insists that getting engaged is the correct decision and that it offers them something good to focus on as they face the long road ahead…
Harlow and Chloe team up
With all the sniping and sabotage, Lassiters has become a suburban Ewing Oil, with Harlow channelling her grandfather’s ruthlessness to dress up as JR Ewing in a polyester top and plotting the demise of professional rival Chloe Brennan (April Rose Pengilly).
This week, Harlow acknowledges she went too far in employing Mick Allsop (Joel Creasey) to purposely antagonise Chloe, resulting in a thaw in ties. Mick seems to have gone rogue and is starting to irritate Harlow, so she puts her differences aside and appeals to Chloe, and the two of them join forces to get rid of the nightmare employee. Is the cease-fire likely to last beyond this campaign?
On another episode of Neighbours
- The polyamory narrative is a never-ending gift, though we’re not sure we needed a possible STD outbreak to keep it going. When Ned Willis (Ben Hall) and Levi Canning (Richie Morrissymptoms )’s fade, Amy exhales a sigh of relief. However, when additional Ramsay Street residents begin to feel ‘itchy,’ it looks that the epidemic has not yet been stopped, making things even more uncomfortable amongst the trio. Hopefully, the Flamingo Bar’s Christmas party (don’t worry, we’re about a month behind Australia, remember!) will bring everyone back together…
- Melanie Pearson (Lucinda Cowden) sets up a psychic stand at the Christmas event, which attracts young Nell Rebecchi, thanks to her years of visiting Madame Zolga (Scarlett Anderson). During her readings, Mel makes some startlingly accurate observations, while Nell receives an unexpected request from her father’s girlfriend that has her completely taken aback. What has she inquired about?
