Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) is on a mission to keep Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou) on Neighbours, and it appears that he’s considering feigning illness to accomplish this.
As fans are aware, the Ramsay Street stalwart was seriously damaged in last month’s horrific storm.
Terese, feeling terrible about what had transpired, decided to move in with Paul in order to assist him in his recovery.
What she didn’t expect was to rekindle her relationship with Paul. Yes, the former couple has become closer in recent weeks, with Terese even resuming wearing her wedding ring.
They even went to a counselling session together, where Paul discussed his past and how he believes it influenced his drive to protect his loved ones at any costs.
Terese admired him for opening up, but she worries that his diabolical tendencies are embedded in him, and she doubts he’ll ever change. If he can’t, there’s no way they’ll be able to reconcile.
Paul committed to turn over a new leaf, but it’s proving to be much more difficult than he anticipated, and when faced with the prospect of Terese abandoning him once more, he relapsed to his old ways.
During Wednesday’s (February 2) episode of the soap, the soap legend went to see Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher) for a check-up, and he was given a clean bill of health.
Paul, on the other hand, was apprehensive that Terese would move out as a result of this news, given that she had hinted at it earlier that day. As a result, he returned home and went straight to his bed to avoid having to inform her of Karl’s news.
When Terese paid him a visit in the bedroom, it was evident that he was acting far worse off than he actually was.
Terese reassured him that she wouldn’t go until he was well, because she could tell he wasn’t feeling well.
Will Paul, on the other hand, maintain his act? Or will he turn a new leaf and clean up his act?
