Neighbours star Annie Jones reveals Jane’s response to fire drama

Neighbours’ Jane Harris’ reaction to the school fire turmoil is described in detail by Annie Jones’ character Jane Harris.

Zara Selwyn, played by Freya Van Dyke, will be blamed in the upcoming episodes, with even her mother Amy Greenwood (played by Jacinta Stapleton) doubting the teenager’s innocence.

Jane will take the problem personally, according to the Erinsborough High principal performer, who spoke to Inside Soap about the ongoing pranking from her kids.

“The fire astounds Jane – she practically freezes on the spot, unsure what to do,” Jones told the publication.

“She thinks it’s personal; she thinks the fire and the other pranks are all directed at her.” However, she is deeply concerned that this may endanger others, and she feels terrible about it.”

Is she giving youthful co-star Van Dyke and other newbies any acting coaching in the midst of the drama?

“I never received such counsel when I was their age.” I worked with fantastic older performers like Vivean Gray (Mrs Mangel), Anne Charleston (Madge Bishop), and Anne Haddy (Helen Daniels), but they never gave me guidance.

“You simply saw, listened to, and absorbed their attitude to acting as a serious actor. That was extremely beneficial “she went on. “As a result, I’m hoping to set a good example as well.”

The serial star also offered her thoughts on Jane and Zara’s relationship: “Jane is enthusiastic about teaching and her students, so she attempted to make Zara feel welcome at first. Zara, on the other hand, is proving to be a handful, and she is fast becoming Jane’s curse.”

Neighbours airs on Channel 5 (UK) weekdays at 1.45pm and 6pm and on 10 Peach weekdays at 6.30pm (Australia).
