‘Home and Away’ spoilers: WHY is Nikau Parata angry with John?

On today’s episode of Home and Away, Nikau Parata (played by Kawakawa Fox-Reo) had some beach action!

Nikau, a newly qualified lifesaving, is on patrol at the beach when a jogger collapses, gasping for air…

Nikau puts his CPR skills to the test in front of his frightened girlfriend, Bella Nixon (Courtney Miller), and saves the man’s life.

However, as the man is being taken away in an ambulance, Nikau is irritated that the Surf Club’s boss, John Palmer (Shane Withington), failed to support him during the incident.

John explains that he stayed away since he could tell Nikau was in command of the situation.

Nikau, on the other hand, is not convinced by John’s storey and is enraged that his boss put him in a SHOCK scenario in which a man could have died.

Is Nikau going to give up lifesaving because of John’s apparent lack of support?
